On February 5, MScHBL Batch 1 students visited the prestigious haven of hospitality, St. Regis Mumbai, which stands as a symbol of luxury and sophistication, nestled amidst the vibrant streets of Mumbai.
Under the guidance of professionals and accompanied by St. Regis staff, students gained exclusive insights into the inner workings of this premier luxury hotel. Engaging with the hotel's higher management and the Head Chef provided them with invaluable knowledge about strategic positioning, service standards, and guest experience initiatives. It was followed by a 5-course meal at their signature restaurants, Sahib Room and Sette Mara.
