Global Owner Manager Program

THE PROGRAM FOR BUSINESS OWNERS FOR UPGRADING AND UPSCALING

SP Jain’s Global Owner Manager Program (Global OMP) is exclusively designed for those business owners who have started and built their own businesses and are now seeking to develop and upscale their current operations, enhance their skills and break-out from the routine.

The program is practice-oriented and feedback-driven. Participants need to attend classroom sessions only 1½ days a month for 12 months. The lessons learnt are highly relevant and can be applied to businesses real-time. They can assess the impact of the newly implemented methods and share valuable feedback to augment peer learning with real-world examples. If a participant misses a class, we offer them the flexibility to attend the session with another batch.

The program is designed to excite, enthuse and expose owners of family businesses to new and proven management approaches, empowering them to transform their businesses.
