SP Jain’s Global Owner Manager Program (Global OMP) is an exclusive program for business owners who have started and built their businesses and seek to develop and upscale their current operations, enhance their skills, and break free from the routine.

The Global Owner Manager Program is practice-oriented and feedback-driven. Participants must attend classroom sessions only 1½ days a month for 12 months. The lessons learned are highly relevant and can be applied to businesses in real-time. Participants can assess the impact of the newly implemented methods and share valuable feedback to augment peer learning with real-world examples. If a participant misses a class, we offer them the flexibility to attend the session with another batch.

This program for business owners is designed to excite, enthuse and expose owners of family businesses to new and proven management approaches, empowering them to transform their businesses.
