STRUCTURE & CURRICULUM

The MGLuxM program exposes students to the world of global luxury and relates to emerging luxury markets like India. The industry-centric curriculum and real-life projects, both in India and Milan, give them a complete grip over the developed luxury markets and rapidly growing emerging markets.

certificate program at SP JAIN | MUMBAI (6 months) 

The 6-month certificate program, held in Mumbai, introduces students to the world of Global Luxury Management.

  • Global: Understanding culture, intercultural management, leadership and personality development
  • Luxury: Introduction to luxury markets and consumers, and discovering the fundamentals of luxury management
  • Management: Developing a sound knowledge of ‘General Management’ disciplines and topics – in a ‘mini-MBA’ style

transfer to POLIMI GRADUATE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT | MILAN (4 MONTHS)

On completing the MGLuxM program, students have the option to apply* (via credit transfer) to the Master in Global Luxury Goods & Services Management program offered by POLIMI GSoM in Milan for 6 months. During your term in Milan, you will dive deep into the world of luxury business, studying and observing it from several perspectives.

  • Value-creation: From brand creation and innovation to operations, distribution, retailing and service quality
  • Study tours: Term 2 will also include dedicated classroom sessions, industry and business associations and study tours to companies and businesses in world-renowned luxury districts of Europe

MASTER THESIS (2 MONTHS)

In the final phase of the master's program at Polimi Graduate School of Management, you will undertake a 'Master Thesis,' allowing you to apply your classroom lessons in a practical context. This project can take various forms, including a report from an optional internship, an essay outlining a business plan for a luxury start-up, a market analysis, or desk research on a specific topic or industry.
