Regardless of which industry your business operates in, the customer is one of the most important parts of your business. Keeping this in mind, and to help you build a strong relationship with your customers, the GFMB program will cover vital areas including sales, marketing, social media marketing, international business, digital marketing, branding, and advertising.
One of the most important segments of the GFMB curriculum, Business is Operations, helps you gain a deep understanding of business processes, operations, supply chain management, and the Theory of Constraints (ToC).
Human relations form the backbone of all businesses and, at SP Jain, we believe in building brilliant people skills. In the Business is People segment of the GFMB program curriculum, you will delve into a wide array of topics including employee hiring, maintaining, and retaining, while also understanding numerous personalised methods of motivating your employees.
In the Business is Money segment, you will learn the fundamentals of economics for business application, finance, cost management, accounting, and reading, while also understanding financial data, forecasting, and taxation.
What goals do you have for your business and how can you achieve them? In the General Management segment of the GFMB program curriculum, you will find answers to this question while also learning more about the strategy, telescopic vision, microscopic execution, and the effects of external policy changes on a business.
Within this subject, you will be exposed to the economics (domestic and international), general business environments, legal, and other external factors on which a business is dependent.
How can you take your business to the next level? In this module, you will be able to build the leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal relationship skills needed to accelerate your business growth.
The program will also help you develop soft skills such as ensuring a smooth working environment with your family, developing strong familial ties, and building humility – one of the most important characteristics of a successful leader.
